CANDLE CARE

Enjoy your Pure Light candles at its very best by following these guidelines:

• Keep wick upright and centered.
• Always trim wick to 6mm before lighting.
• For the first burn allow a full melt pool to form before extinguishing your candle – this takes approximately 3.5 hours.
• After the initial first burn, reduce burn time to 2 hours at a time to prevent an over-large flame developing.
• Keep candles free of any debris, including matches and wick trimmings, before lighting.
• Do not re-light your candle while the wax is still liquid.
• To extinguish the candle and prevent smoking, dip the wick into the molten wax using a wick dipper or knife tip, then straighten again.
